		<description>Nice work David.  I was experiencing the same issue late last night and noticed getfilebyname was hanging within my apache error logs and figured out it was Tarski calling home.  But, it was late and I figured the tarksitheme.com site would be fixed by morning.  No luck.  I guess the tarski author doesn't have monitoring on his site.
